If you need to change or update your contact details, you can do so by completing our online form. You can also call the practice to let us know if your phone number or address has changed.

The Medical Centre is modern build and affords access for disabled patients:

• Disabled toilet facilities are available
• We have a hearing loop
• The majority of treatment and consulting rooms are located on the ground floor. The rooms upstairs can be accessed via the lift or stairs
• The car park has disabled parking bays

If you are moving house, please let us know as soon as possible. If you are moving out of the surgery’s catchment area, you may be asked to register with a surgery that’s closer to your new home address.

You can contact us to let us know about a change in your address.
